Write your Clean List
You tell us what you want done, in priority order. Number one is whatever would annoy you most if it were still there tonight.
Step 2
We let ourselves in securely
Your DBS-checked, ID-verified cleaner arrives while you're out and starts at number one. Keys are coded, never labelled with your address, signed out and back the same day.
Step 3
You come home to it done
The list is left on the side with each completed job ticked off. You can see exactly what was done — no evening spent catching up on the house.
Accountability
After your first clean, the owner calls you personally.
Not an office, not a survey link. We make sure you're happy with what was ticked off. If something wasn't right, we sort it. If you'd like us back regularly, we'll arrange your weekly or fortnightly slot on that call.
The Dorset Clean List
You book our time. You choose how we use it.
Before your cleaner arrives, you give us a list of exactly what you'd like done, in priority order. Your cleaner starts at number one and works continuously down it for the time you've booked, ticking each job off as it's finished.
The ticked list is left at the property. If we get through everything, brilliant. If your list holds more work than fits the time, you can still see exactly what was done and where your cleaner got to — then move things up the list next visit. No guessing, no wasted time, no wondering what your cleaner has been doing.

Start with one clean — two hours or four. The longer block saves you £5 an hour, and moving out is a fixed price instead.

End of tenancy clean — from £120
Empty property, cleaned top to bottom to inventory standard. Fixed price, paid once — £150 for a standard three-bedroom house.

Step One
Book your first clean
Pick 2 hours (£70) or a 4-hour block (£120), choose a free weekday slot and pay securely through PayPal. You're booked straight away.
Step Two
The owner rings you personally
A day or so after the visit, the owner — not an office — calls to check the house was as you wanted it, and that nothing was missed. Customer happiness is the whole job.
Step Three
Only then do we talk regular
If you were happy, we set up a weekly, fortnightly or twice-weekly slot, and after that you set up a standing order or a regular bank transfer to us — never a lump sum or a tie-in. If you weren't, we put it right first — that's the 24-hour guarantee.
