Everything in a regular clean, done slower and more thoroughly
Skirting boards, door frames and doors washed by hand

We'd rather tell you up front than disappoint you on the day.

Carpet or upholstery shampooing (we vacuum, we don't wet-extract)

Anything requiring a ladder above step-stool height

Common questions

How often should a house be deep cleaned?: Once or twice a year for most households, more if you have pets, open fires or a busy family kitchen. If you're on a regular schedule with us, the 4-hour block absorbs most of it over time.
Can you do it in one visit?: Usually yes with two cleaners in the 10am to 2pm window. For larger houses we'll be straight with you and suggest splitting it across two days.
