Your first clean, step by step

Pick a 2-hour slot or a 4-hour block, tell us how often you want us, choose a weekday and a start time inside the 10am to 2pm window, and build your first task list. It takes a couple of minutes and nothing is charged at that point.

We ring to confirm the details, talk through the property, and agree what's realistic in the time you've booked. If your list needs four hours and you've booked two, we'll say so rather than take the booking and under-deliver.

Before the first visit we confirm your name, address and a contact number, and we'll ask to see photo ID. Our cleaners work alone in homes they've never been to; that check protects them as much as our DBS checks protect you.

You're entitled to the same in reverse. Ask to see your cleaner's ID at the door on the first visit — they expect it and they carry it.

There are three ways in, and you choose.

Your cleaner arrives inside the agreed window, reads your list, and works the standard method room by room. If something can't be done — a room's occupied, an appliance is broken, a product would damage a surface — it gets flagged, not fudged.

The house is done, the bins are out, and there's a note if anything needs your attention. Payment is arranged after the visit, and if anything isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and put it right.
