Our guarantee

If a job we ticked off as completed wasn't cleaned to our standard, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we'll come back and redo it at no cost. Not a credit note, not a discount off the next one — we come back.

The guarantee applies to work marked as completed on your Dorset Clean List. If it was ticked and it isn't right, that's on us and we put it right.

It doesn't cover jobs further down the list that there wasn't time to reach. You book two or four hours of cleaning against your own priorities, not a promise that a whole house or a set number of rooms will be finished — every home and every job is different. Anything not reached is simply next in the queue: move it up the list for the next visit, or book a longer clean.

That's the point of the list. You can see exactly what was done and where your cleaner got to, so nobody has to argue about whether someone was working hard.

There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Pause for the summer holidays, drop from weekly to fortnightly, or stop altogether. We just ask for 48 hours' notice on an individual visit so we can offer the slot to someone else.

If your list looks bigger than the time you've booked, we'll say so before we take the booking, and again if the house turns out bigger than described. We'd rather have that conversation up front, and help you put the list in the right order, than have you come home surprised.

Accidents are rare and we don't hide them. If your cleaner breaks something, you'll hear about it from us the same day with a photo, and we'll agree how to put it right. We carry public liability insurance for anything significant.

Whoever attends works to the same written method. If your regular cleaner is off, the person covering has your list and your notes — the delicate worktop, the dog who bolts, the room to leave alone.

We hold what we need to run your booking and nothing more. No marketing lists, no selling data, no passing your address around. Ask us to delete your record when you stop and we will.
