Full vacuum and mop including inside cupboards and under where units allow

Carpet steam cleaning or professional shampooing — we can recommend someone local
Removing tenant belongings or rubbish beyond normal bin bags
Repainting, filling holes or repairs
Exterior windows and outbuildings

Getting the most from the visit

1Empty the property completely, including the loft and shed if they're in the tenancy
2Leave utilities on — we need hot water and power
3Send us the check-out inventory or agent's checklist if you have one

Is this a guaranteed deposit-back clean?: We clean to the checklist you give us and we'll come back and put right anything the check-out report flags on our work. What we can't do is promise how a third-party clerk grades wear and tear or carpets we haven't been asked to treat.
