Regular cleaning is the backbone of what we do. You write the list once, we work it every visit, and you adjust it whenever life changes. No vague 'general clean' — the jobs that matter to you, in the order you want them.

Visits run inside our 10am to 2pm window, Monday to Friday, so the house is empty and your cleaner can get on without working around anyone. Most households book a 2-hour slot weekly, or a 4-hour block fortnightly.

What's included

Kitchen: worktops, sink, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge front, bins
Bathrooms: bath, shower screens, toilet, sink, chrome, mirrors, floor
Vacuum throughout including stairs, edges and under furniture where reachable
Hard floors mopped
Dusting: shelves, sills, TV units, radiators, picture frames
Beds made, or linen changed if you leave a fresh set out
Light switches, handles and touch points sanitised
Tidy and put away so the room is reset, not just clean

We'd rather tell you up front than disappoint you on the day.

Getting the most from the visit

1Leave the list where the cleaner will see it — kitchen side is easiest

Common questions

Do I need to be at home?: No — most of our customers aren't. That's the whole point of the 10am to 2pm window. We agree access at the first visit, whether that's a key, a keysafe or letting us in yourself.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?: Wherever the rota allows, yes. Someone who knows your house works faster and misses less. If your regular cleaner is ill or on holiday we'll tell you before the visit, not after.
Can I change my list?: Any time. Message us before the visit, or leave a note out. Nothing is fixed in stone.
