Weymouth and Portland run on visitors, and a changeover is a race against the clock with a review at the end of it. Our standard 10am to 2pm window happens to be the exact gap between check-out and check-in for most lets on this coast.

A changeover isn't a house clean with a bed made. It's a reset to a fixed standard: nothing personal left behind, linen crisp, kitchen restocked to your list, and a walk-through with fresh eyes before we lock up.

Common questions

Can you do Saturday changeovers?: Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm. Talk to us about weekend season work and we'll tell you honestly whether we can cover it before you rely on us.
Will you tell me if something's broken?: Always, with photos, the same day. It's far better you hear it from us than from the next guest.
