Products and equipment

Cloths, sponges, non-scratch pads, and our standard product set: a general purpose cleaner, a kitchen degreaser, a bathroom descaler, a glass cleaner and a non-caustic oven product. All cloths arrive clean and colour coded, and mop heads are changed between properties.

Your vacuum and mop, if you have them. It's not fussiness: taking a vacuum from house to house moves dust, pet hair and allergens between homes, and yours is already matched to your floors.

For laundry we use your machine, your detergent and your softener, so nothing comes back smelling unfamiliar.

Tell us and we'll switch. We can work fragrance-free, bleach-free, or with a plant-based eco range throughout. If you have a baby crawling on the floors, an asthmatic in the house or a cat that licks everything, that changes what we open — but only if we know.

Some finishes are ruined by the wrong product, and no amount of elbow grease brings them back. If your house has any of the below, point them out at the first visit and we'll note it on your file permanently.

Products travel in a closed caddy and never get left on a floor where a child or pet could reach them. Nothing is decanted into unlabelled bottles, and we don't mix products in your sink.
