Oven cleaning in Weymouth & Dorset
Racks, glass and the burnt-on bit at the back.
Oven cleaning is a time job, not a skill job — it's soak, scrub, soak again. That's exactly why it belongs in the 4-hour block rather than squeezed into a 2-hour visit, where it would eat the whole slot.
We use non-caustic products. No fumes hanging around the kitchen when the children get home, and nothing aggressive on enamel or seals.
What's included
- Oven interior: roof, sides, base and back
- Door glass, including between the panes where the door is designed to separate
- Shelves and racks soaked and scrubbed
- Hob, burners, pan supports and control knobs
- Extractor hood, mesh filters degreased
- Surrounding units and splashback degreased
What's not included
We'd rather tell you up front than disappoint you on the day.
- Dismantling appliances beyond removable racks, trays and filters
- Self-cleaning liner panels, which can be damaged by scrubbing
- Repairs, bulb changes or seal replacement
Getting the most from the visit
- 1Run the oven cold — we can't work on a warm oven
- 2Move anything stored inside it (yes, people do)
- 3Tell us if it's a self-cleaning or pyrolytic model
Common questions
- Do you use caustic dip tanks?
- No. We clean in place with non-caustic products. It takes a little longer but nothing leaves your kitchen and there are no fumes.
- Can you get between the door glass?
- On ovens where the door is designed to be opened for cleaning, yes. On sealed units we clean the accessible faces only rather than risk breaking the hinge mechanism.
