Two cleaners for bigger jobs

Most houses are done comfortably by one cleaner. For larger homes, deep cleans, end-of-tenancy or anything that must be finished inside the 10am–2pm window, we send a pair — the same hourly rate, simply doubled.

However often you want us

Most households don't have their house cleaned once. Book a single visit, or the same slot every week — and if one day a week isn't enough, book two or three. Each visit is priced the same way, so the maths never gets complicated.

Once a week

£70 a week

A 2-hour slot every Monday (or whichever day suits). The classic weekly reset — £35 an hour.

Twice a week

£140 a week

Two 2-hour visits, say Monday and Friday. Start the week straight, finish it straight.

Three 4-hour blocks

£360 a week

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10am–2pm each time, at the £30 block rate. Busy households and holiday lets.

Weekly, fortnightly and monthly all use the same rates — £35 an hour for a 2-hour visit, £30 an hour for a 4-hour block, doubled if you need two cleaners. Nothing is a contract: change your days or stop whenever you like.

End of tenancy cleans — fixed price

Moving out is a different job: the property is empty, everything gets opened, and it has to stand up to a check-out inventory. So it isn't hourly — it's one fixed price, paid once, based on the size of the property.

PropertyFixed price
Studio or 1 bed£120
2 bedrooms£135
3 bedrooms£150
4 bedrooms£190
5+ bedrooms£230

Includes the oven, inside every cupboard, full descale of the bathrooms, skirtings, internal glass and a full vacuum and mop. We don't do carpet steam cleaning — if the check-out report asks for it, we'll point you at someone local who does it properly.

What's included in an end of tenancy clean →

Straight answers

What can two hours realistically cover?

Kitchen and bathroom done properly, floors vacuumed and mopped downstairs, surfaces wiped and the place reset. It's the ideal weekly top-up on a house that's already ticking over.

And four hours?

The whole house. Kitchen and bathrooms deep-cleaned, every room dusted and vacuumed, beds changed, and time left for the jobs that never get done — skirtings, insides of windows, the oven front.

When and how do I pay?

Regular cleans are invoiced after each visit — you never pay for a clean that hasn't happened, and there's nothing to cancel if you skip a week. End of tenancy cleans are a fixed one-off price, settled before the day so the slot is held for you.

Are there any extra charges?

No. The hourly rate is the price. We bring our own cleaning products and equipment, and there's no travel charge inside our coverage area.

Can I book more than one day a week?

Yes — as many days as you need. Plenty of households have us in Monday and Friday, and some book a 4-hour block three days a week. Each visit is priced the same, so two 2-hour visits a week is simply £140.

How does an end of tenancy clean get priced?

It's a fixed one-off price by property size, not an hourly rate — £150 for a standard 3-bed, £120 for a studio or 1-bed, more for larger houses. We confirm it before we book you in.

Am I tied into a contract?

Never. Book a one-off, or set up a weekly, fortnightly or monthly slot and change it whenever you need to.
