Two prices, both simple: £70 buys two hours, £120 buys four. Your cleaner works continuously down your Clean List for the time you've booked, in the order you've chosen. All cleans run between 10am and 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Two cleaners for bigger jobs
Most homes only need one cleaner. For larger houses, deep cleans, end of tenancy or a long Clean List that has to be got through inside the 10am–2pm window, we send a pair — the same hourly rate, simply doubled, and twice as many jobs ticked off per hour.

Love your first clean?
You only book one clean on this website — we'd rather earn the rest. After your first visit, the owner of Dorset Clean will personally call to make sure you're completely happy with what was done. If you'd like us back, he'll arrange a regular weekly or fortnightly slot with you there and then, at exactly the same rates: £35 an hour for a 2-hour Clean, £30 an hour for a 4-hour Clean, doubled if you need two cleaners.
Nothing is a contract. Change your day, change your Clean List, pause for the holidays or stop altogether — just let us know.

Moving out is a different job: the property is empty, everything gets opened, and it has to stand up to a check-out inventory. So it isn't hourly — it's one fixed price, paid once, based on the size of the property.

Includes the oven, inside every cupboard, full descale of the bathrooms, skirtings, internal glass and a full vacuum and mop. We don't do carpet steam cleaning — if the check-out report asks for it, we'll point you at someone local who does it properly.

What exactly am I paying for?
Two or four hours of focused professional cleaning, worked against your own priorities. You book our time — you choose how we use it. Rather than promise a set number of rooms, we start at number one on your Clean List and work continuously down it for the time you've booked.
Will you finish my whole house in two hours? Or four?
We honestly can't promise that, and we won't. Every home and every job is different — a kitchen nobody has had time for in six months is a very different job to one cleaned last week. What we promise is that your highest priorities get done first, that we work continuously for the full time, and that you can see exactly what was completed.
What if you don't get through my whole list?
The ticked list is left at the property, so you can see what was done and where your cleaner got to. Move the unfinished jobs to the top of the list for the next visit, or book a 4-hour Clean instead of a 2-hour one.
When and how do I pay?
Your first clean is paid for online when you book — £70 for a 2-hour slot, £120 for a 4-hour block, taken securely through PayPal, with your PayPal balance or any card. Payment confirms the slot instantly, and there's no contract and nothing recurring. Regular cleaning is arranged with the owner after your first clean, never invoiced automatically. End of tenancy cleans are a fixed one-off price, also paid before the day.
Are there any extra charges?
No. The hourly rate is the price. We bring our own cleaning products and equipment, and there's no travel charge inside our coverage area.
How does an end of tenancy clean get priced?
It's a fixed one-off price by property size, not an hourly rate — £150 for a standard 3-bed, £120 for a studio or 1-bed, more for larger houses. We confirm it before we book you in.
Am I tied into a contract?
Never. You book one clean through the website. If you'd like us back, the owner arranges a regular slot with you personally — and you can change or stop it whenever you need to.
